Runescape Fast Fishing Xp
Items and Skill Requirements:

70 fishing is useful but you don’t need it. Only if you want to obtain the maximum amount of experience per hour.

You must be a member.

you MUST have 45 Agility and 45 Strength if you want to obtain the maximum amount of experience per hour. Otherwise 15 agility/Strength.

You will need to bring a knife and about 100 feathers/bait to get started.

This method is Heavy Fly Fishing. You get more xp then salmon/trout because there is also another fish involved called Sturgeon. This gives 80xp Per catch. Also each catch gives a small amount of Agility and Strength Xp Also. When you cut the fish you also get Cooking xp. (Minimal but still some)

Experience Per Hour: Anywhere from 50-60k depending on hour fast you are.

First start off by talking to Otto in his house. Here is a map of the area:

When you talk to Otto he will tell you about heavy fly fishing. Search his bed afterwords to get the fishing rod. (You can get as many as you want if it gets washed away. Just search his bed again.) From here go to one of the fishing spots and fish one fish and it will tell you to go back to Otto. Talk to him again and then fish a full inventory of Fish.

After you fish the full load you will want to cut the fish. Keep the knife the in second to last slot and cut all of the fish. You will not always get a full load of roe and caviar. Only with 90+ cooking.

Now Fish until You do not have any more free inventory space. Drop the cutoffs or the Feathers/bait and use the roe/caviar for the rest of the bait.

Keep repeating this method for the fastest Fishing experience in Runescape!

Note: If you do this from 70-99 you will also gain 1,000,000+ experience in Cooking, Agility, and Strength

How to Hand Fish

After talking to Otto in his house and talk to him about harpooning fish. From here he will give you a little story then you can go a fish with your hands.

1. At level 70 you can fish swordfish and tuna with your hand at any of the fishing spots.

2. At level 96 you can fish sharks with just your hand! No harpoon needed.

Hand fishing also gets your strength experience up, just but a little, but enough to make a difference after awhile.

Ways To make Money and Fish to 99

For myself If you wanted to make money here would be some simple easy steps to getting 99. (Still Building)

For the first levels, (1-20), it is pretty self explanatory. You can simply do Shrimp until level 20. For myself, I would just head to Draynor and fish the Shrimp there.

Now, from level (20-70) i would Fly fish in either barbarian village or if you can, Shilo Village. Shilo would be the fastest and Barbarian village would be your alternative.

From levels (70-85) strictly do lobsters, this will get you a good sum of money too I would do this at the Fishing Guild (members)

Now finally, from levels (85-99) Do monkfish at the Fishing Colony. This is a good money making method (30m+). This small guide in which i will elaborate further on later is a basic 99 guide if you want to make some cash while doing it.

Runescape: 1M/Hr for Pure Rangers
This is a money method I’ve been using for a while and decided to share with those who need cash. It’s Green Drag, Killing.
Sorry for thread title its roughly 400k/Hr

Post ,or Ill remove!

Requirements
-56+ Range

1. You need at least 250k-300k (Might need lower)
2. Buy the following Supplies
-20-30 Game Necklaces(8) (optional)(800-900ea)
-Best Range armor (Best chaps and best spiked vambs)
-Rune C’ Bow or Addy C’ Bow
-600-1.4k Broad Bolts (62-66gp ea)
-100 monks,tuna, or salmon
-Anti Dragon shield
This is my equipment

Your inventory should be
-5-10 of your chosen food (I suggest monks)
-1 Games Necklaces(8)

3. Tele to Bounty Hunter.
4.Get your supplies ready.
5.Run or tele to clan wars via game necklace.
6. Run to the back of clan wars, past the lava to lvl 19-21 wildy.

Here is a map to make it easier.

Then there are some spots to range from.

When your inv is filled it should have the following

-13 Green D Hides & 14 d bones = 53k roughly (Fastest)
-27 Green D Hides = 40k roughly (Med. Fast)
-27 D Bones = 60k (Slowest, but fast cash)

Now do the math. Calculations for 20 trips.
(Goes in order)
-1060k
-800k
-1200k

-Now I suggest you bring food no matter what. You can be lvl 80 and you will still need it. Revs are there and they hit 20-22’s and freeze you so i suggest you bring food.
-This is a warning don’t say you were warned.

no this guide is not the fastest way to get 99 smith but who has 300m to spend these days. but i do beliveve it is the 2nd

what you need!

1st step.
you must go to the blast furnace.
(note blast furnace you only need half the coal)
The Blast Furnace is located in the eastern area of Keldagrim - the underground dwarven city,
uncovered during The Giant Dwarf quest. It is marked with the mini game icon on your mini map and is situated underneath the factory.

One of the ways to travel there is via the mine carts in the Dwarven Mines for 150 gold pieces per ticket.

2nd step.
unote the ore you have in your invo by giveing the dwarf the ore he will do this for fee.

what your invo should look like.

(note 7 mith and 14 coal is what you need each invo.)

3rd step unload the ore on the belt.

4th step

go to the bar dropy thingy =p
wait until someone throws water on it or u
(note it can only hold 28 mith bars =[ found out the hard way)

5th step

go and the anvil and make bolts and repeat this over and over again.

i hope this guide has helped you to get $ and free xp in smithing and here is the math for the money

coal 192gp each x2=383gp
mith ore= 192gp
paying the guy for mith 81 each ore
paying the guy for coal 22 each ore

bolts each bar you get 10. 10×89gp= 890gp-383gp-192gp-81gp-22gp=212gp profit each bar. from 60 to 99 it takes 250k bars= 53m profit =]

The Ultimate Fishing Guide 1-99 (Fastest XP/hr rates guaranteed)
Note: This guide assumes you have some knowledge of Runescape and have enough starting money for necessary equipment. This guide assumes you are a member. Feel free to redistribute this guide in any manner as long as it remains intact.

The Ultimate Fishing Guide

Introduction
Welcome to my 1-99 Fishing Guide! With this guide you will learn the fastest way possible to reach level 99 in Fishing. Using these methods described in this guide I reached level 99 Fishing in four weeks(11-12hrs each day ftw). You will also learn a few other methods to achieve level 99 in the fastest way possible while still making a nice profit! Enjoy and good luck!

Items you will need to begin with
-Patience (Fishing isn’t one of the fastest skills in the game)
-1 Crayfish Cage
-1 Fishing Rod
-250 Fishing Bait
-1 Fly Fishing Rod
-10k Feathers to start off (If you have more buy them. I suggest not to buy more than 10k Feathers at a time incase you change your mind)

Hurry along to the Grand Exchange and purchase these items. Once that is sorted out bank ALL of your items except for the Crayfish Cage, your 250 units of fishing bait and your 1 Fishing Rod. Once you have those 3 Items in your inventory, Head down to Lumbridge.

Levels 1-5/10

Since the update of the new Tutorial, Crayfish have been introduced. These fish are in fact faster than Shrimp. So head down to the Crayfish fishing location here:

Method:
1-Click the spot
2-Wait for your inventory to get full (Don’t worry about the fishing rod and bait taking up extra space)
3-When your inventory is full
a. Run to the general store
b. Sell your fish
c. Start running back to the spot
d. Drop the gold from the fish along the way back to the spot
4. Repeat the steps above as needed. You may leave this spot at level 5, but I strongly recommend staying here until level 10.

Note: Level 1-10 should take no more than a few minutes.

Levels 5/10-20~
That wasn’t so hard now was it? Now that you reached level 10 Fishing (or 5) you can start Ocean Bait Fishing. Start running to Draynor to the Bait fishing spot. Drop your Crayfish Cage along the way. The location is here:

Method:
1. Right click the fishing spot
2. Select “Bait-Fishing Spot”
3. Wait until your inventory is full
4. When your inventory is full
a. Run to Draynor Bank
b. Deposit your fish
c. Run back to the fishing spot
5. Repeat steps 1-5

You can fish here until level 20 or until all your bait is finished. I suggest staying here until no more than level 22. Leaving to the next location at level 20 is fine.

F2P Levels 20-99

Unfortunately I’m only am going to give one method for free players level 20 or higher in Fishing. The reason for this is because making money by fishing for F2P players is a huge waste of time. If your F2P and need money, go cut yews. However, free players that wish to gain fast fishing xp can try this method.

If you haven’t already, bank your items from Draynor and withdraw 1 Fly Fishing Rod and around 10k feathers. (Don’t withdraw more than 10k incase you die). Head to the Barbarian Village Fly Fishing Spot here:

Method:
1. Hop to World 1
2. Fish a load of Fish
3. When you are full
a. You may walk north
b. Bank at Edgeville
c. Walk South
d. Repeat steps 2-3
4. Or you can do the faster way and
a. Start dropping your fish
b. While Dropping type in free raws over and over
c. Continue dropping
d. If someone trades you give them as many fish as you can
e. keep dropping if necessary
f. Repeat steps 2 & 4

Alternate Method
If you don’t care about banking and don’t like dropping try this.
Go Here:

1. Fish at the lumbridge Fly Fishing spot
2. When you are full run to the general store following the route shown.
3. Sell your fish as quickly as you can
4. Run back to the fishing spot
5. Drop your gold on your way back if you wish
6. Repeat steps 1-6

Members: Levels 20-68/70/99
Requirements: Must have completed Shilo Village Quest

Head to shilo via Cart or Walking. The Fishing Spots can be in these locations:

Note: These spots change VERY frequently. Stick to the spots south closest to bank and by the bridge if you can.

Method:
1. Withdraw your Fly Fishing Rod and feathers
2. Go Fish (I figure you should know this by now)
3. Go Bank(look above)
4. Repeat 2-4

Shilo Tips
1. You will average 30-38k xp/hr here depending mainly on your fishing level.
2. If you run short on feathers buy some at the fishing shop. If you dont have money note your fish and sell to the fishing shop in Shilo. Buy back feathers.
3. World 22 is the Shilo Fishing Player made guild CC- “w22 fish”

Should I stay?
Skillers are the only players that should stay here until level 99 to ensure fastest xp. If you are lazy with paying concentration stay here at Shilo Village until level 99. You do not want to try Barbarian Heavy Rod Fishing if you can’t concentrate. If you are here for making money fish here until 68 or so. Then go fish monks at Piscatoris Fishing Colony. (I will not go too in-depth with this but if you are here for efficient money fish monks as soon as you can for decent xp/money). If you think you can handle it and want the great fishing xp (40-55k xp/hr) along with pretty nice xp bonuses (1.1m str and agility xp from lvl 70-99 fishing and 1.5m cooking xp from lvl 70-99 fishing) then read on for the Barbarian Heavy Rod guide.

Levels 70-99 BARB FISHING FTW!

This is overall my favorite form of fishing. You will receive excellent fishing xp (40k/hr at lvl 70, 55k/hr at lvl 99) and decent strength, agility and cooking xp! You never need to bank. You can get lvl 70-99 with just 25 feathers!

BEFORE YOU START:
You must have these stats or bax falls will be a waste of time
70 Fishing
45 Strength
45 Agility
Don’t ask why you need these stats. You need them and thats that.

First, rub your games necklace to Barbarian outpost and go here(bring 1 knife and 25 feathers to begin):

If you don’t already have a Barbarian Rod talk to Otto and ask about fishing. He will then tell you to look under his bed. Get the rod and go fish.

Your inventory should look like this at first:

After you fish a load it should look like this:

Organize your fish in a similar way. This will help speed up the cutting process. (Note: the only thing you have to worry about organizing is the last 2 rows. and the fish on top of the knife)

Now you will have to be self-sufficient and make your own bait. Cut the fish up! =) To do so click the knife then click the fish under it. Repeat this as fast as you can. Do the same for the fish on the top. Now move the knife to the left 1 slot and cut the fish under there. Drop your offcuts (you may fish with offcuts if you are low on bait. otherwise just drop)

Continue to fish in this matter.

Runescape Woodcutting Guide
Woodcutting training guide.

Tuturial Island.
Get 3 woodcutting on the island just because you can.

3-15/Alot of people tell you to go behind lumby general store. But i’m not all those people.
Go to Varrock East bank.

Go east past the gaurds and you will see a bunch of normal trees. Cut and bank these until
you get 15 woodcutting.

Why? Simple These log cost 25gp ea on the ge and if your just starting your going to need
money to buy yourself some better axes.

After you sell your normal logs buy a steal woodcutting axe on the ge. Don’t bother with a black one they aren’t worth it.

15-35/ Oaks/ Pretty obvius eh?

Return back to varrock east and go to where the normal trees are but look south and you’ll see
a few oaks. Cut these until around 35 wcing.

Oaks sell for 22-24 gp ea. or if your members and can afford it you can make them into
oak planks.

You should have enough for an adamant woodcutting axe and a runite woodcutting axe.
Buy them and use home teleport and run to draynor.

30-?/willows/ This is wear you start getting more choices.
1) You can use the really crowded spot south of draynor bank if you want to bank your willows.
But i must warn you willows take forever to sell.
But if you insist on banking them use this spot.

2) Go just south of rimmington and you’ll find several willows.
When your inventory is full just run to general store and claim the 4gp ea u get from
selling the willows. This is much faster xp for f2p. Remember willows are best xp for wcing there is.

70+/ Yews./Optional
If your bored of willows and are pixel hungry yews selling for 410+gp ea.
They aren`t amazing to train on though.
There are several spots you can use.
South of edgeville.
Behind varrock castle.
South of Falodor.
Many More.

Members
Of course members can use all the other F2p spots but there are better spots to train on p2p.

30-? (willows)
West of Catherby / Usually not many people there and you can bank your willows.
West of Barbarian Assult / Always Empty and you can use deposit box to bank your willows.

50+ (maples)
If your bored of willows you can move to maples that are behind seers bank
and south of seers bank.
I Don`t reccomend these to train as the slower xp isnt worth the gain in money.

61 Woodcutting/ If you really need to you can buy a dragon axe.
They are only about %10 faster so you can decide if its worth it or not.
Deffently something to consider if your going for 99 wcing.

70+ wcing/ Once again if your pixel hungry there are many of these to cut.
South of flax in seers is like 5 yews all beside eachother.
(personally my favourite spot.)

But theres some in gnome stronghold and stuff so just look around for them.

85+ woodcutting/ Magic logs/worth a huge 1.1k each.
-people say these are good money but they arent that great for money or xp but if you must use them
Go for it.
you can cut these at 75 but they are very slow. at 85 they are slightly faster but they are always slow.
behind the range guild are 2 mages and south of there are 4 more.
so if you want to spend 20 minutes cutting an inventory have fun.
Dragon axe slightly helps here so if your gunna be deciated to cutting mages buy one.

Last thought.

There a mahogany teaks on ape atol. if you want to cut those.
Willows are in my opinion the best xp.
If you cut yew to 99 u make like 20m.

This guide is to help you understand where to kill vampires, and how to maximize on experience and profit. This is also the first guide I’ve ever made so I would GREATLY appreciate any suggestions on either content or setup.

GETTING THERE:
This map illustrates the best ways to get to the vampire killing spot.

1. One of the easiest ways is to take an ectophial to Port Phasymatys and just walk/run to the area shown.
2. There is a fairy ring right in the middle of the vampire slaying spot, as can be seen on the map. The code for this is ALQ.
3. If you have not done these quests the next fastest method is a charter from any place that has these ships. It costs between 1 and 2k. You can charter from Brimhaven, Musa Point dock, Port Sarim, and Catherby, among others.
4. Another fast method is the teleport to Kharyll spell in the Ancient spell book. If you or a friend have the Kharyll portal in their house it works the same.
5. Finally, you can walk from Varrock, but you still must have done Priest in Peril. This will bring you up to the Canifis Route.

SETUP:
With the account that I am testing this on, vampires do not hit me. This is with only 70 defense. As you can see in the picture I am not wearing anything degradable. This would be stupid considering the small amount of damage that vampires inflict, and would just subtract from your profit.

My inventory consists of an ectophial and basket of strawberries. The strawberries give me 25hp in 1 inventory space, and are just there in case of emergencies. The idea is to take as many vampire dust, charms, and runes to the bank on each run as possible. If you are you on ancients you would probably have Kharyll runes, and if you are using the fairy ring method a staff to operate the rings. If you walked from Varrock or took charters I would just recommend a small amount of food.

KILLING THEM:
As I’ve mentioned, these things are fairly easy to kill. They seem to have low defense so the fights do not last long. The level 61 vampires have 42 health, which is 168 xp per fight. The level 72 vampires have 52 health and therefore give 208 xp per kill (more than rock crabs).

While killing these you will also be attacked by leaches. These are level 52 and offer no drops except the occasional charm. However, they are still 170 xp per kill.

THE DROPS:
And here’s the breadwinner. Each vampire that you kill drops vampire dust. As of August 10, 2008, vampire dust sells for 850gp, and it sells fast. This means if you kill 1000 vampires, and say an even mix of 500 level 61, and 500 level 72 you are getting 188,000 xp in your choice of combat, PLUS A WHOPPING 850,000Gp.

Vampires also drop a mixture of charms, deaths runes and blood runes. I would not pick up the gold pieces that they drop because 1 vampire dust is more than you will get from a full round of gp. I would also not pick up any low level seeds or other drops for the same reason.

BANKING:
There are several ways to bank, and each is a viable method.
1. If you are using the ectophial method just pour it out and run to the bank in Port Phasymatys. After you bank your items and replenish your health empty your ectophial again and run back to the choice spot.
2. If you are using fairy rings there are two options. The first is to use a glory amulet to Edgeville, bank as I stated above, then run to the ring just east of the bank.
3. The fastest way to bank when killing vampires is to use the ring that is RIGHT BESIDE the best spot for killing these vampires. Run to the Zanaris bank, do what you need to do, then run back to the ring and you are instantly ready for another round.
4. Kharyll runes or house teleports should be your choice if that is the method you used to get here. Just teleport to Canifis or break you tab and walk into the Kharyll portal.
5. Otherwise, run to Canifis or Port Phasymatys to bank(don’t forget your tickets if you haven’t completed Ghosts Ahoy).

NOTES:
If you find a good spot, these are good monsters for short term AFKing (i.e. reading Sythe or making guides like these). Just remember to check back on your health, randoms, or to pick up your drops. A spot I like to stand is just a few steps south-west of the fairy ring location. I never have to move.

Some slayer masters give these as tasks, Mazchna especially.

If you have an amulet of salve try it here because I’ve been told it works on vampires. This means you hit alot harder, making these even better.

If you like to farm, vampires also drop watermelon, strawberry, spirit weed seeds, and even rannars! These are usually the seeds I pick up.

Q:What quest do you have to do to use the fairy rings?

Q: But that quest has too many requirements!
A: All you need is 40 thieving plus a Fairy Tale Pt 1 to do the quest up to the point of ring access.

Q: How do I get several vampires to attack me at one time?
A: Getting 3 to attack you at once is not an all the time thing. But there seems to always be several vampires floating around in this area that are just waiting to attack you, compared to the amount of leeches that want to. Also notice that the little black spider that starts following you means that a level 72 vampire will jump down and attack you soon.

The Party Room.

The Party Room has three key parts
1: The chest. This is where you put the item you want to transfer.
2. Party pete. He is critical, he tells you when your item will Drop
3. The Lever. You must pull this, and hit balloon bananza to make partyt pete count down.

Party Room Xfer Basic.

MANY people transfer through the party room, however,
they are not very good at it, and you can use this guide against them
to get there items ;p

First: You must put your item in the chest. MAKE SURE THE CHEST IS EMPTY!

Then you must run to THIS spot

The reason for this is so you can tilt the camera foward, and cover all
of the hotzones, which will be explained later.

Once baloons drop, start poppin’

The Items:
The items used to transfer HAVE to be 49999gp or below (market price)
The reason for this is so the bankers+Gaurds dont alert other players
of an ongoing “drop party”. This minimizes the amount of people, if
any,coming to your little transfer session.

Commonly used items are:
Rune Platebodies.
Rune Kitesheilds
Rune platelegs
Rune Skirts
Rune 2Hand Swords

You can use other items if youd like, but i prefer using The Rune
Platebodie.

Side note: Many people put 49999gp in the chest, DO NOT DO THIS
There is a chance your money may be split in to several balloons.

The Worlds.
Most people choose an unpopulated world to transfer.
Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesnt.
A good world to use is a world with about 1000-1100 players.
My method of world changing, is i start somewhere around world 22,
Scout worlds in order until i find a good one.

There are people out there who hunt down xfer’rs and try to take
there items.

DO NOT USE GERMAN WORLDS!!!!!!

THE METHOD

As i mentioned earlier, there are zones in the party room.

The cold zones are where the item will most likely NEVER drop
(out of 300 plates ive probobly gotten one there)
The Green zones are where the item could/might drop
The Hot zone is where the item will most likely drop.

Side note: When balloons drop, they drop in certain order and make
a zone of themselves as shown in this pic.

(i messed up the pic a little, but theres 3 baloons, forming an unfinished square.
The 3 baloons form a zone, showing that the item has a high chance of
falling there.
Here is the outcome.

As shown, it did infact drop in the “balloon zone”

You might be wondering “what if someone comes?”

This happens ALOT while xfering, im going to tell you something
most people dont know.

If someone comes and starts popping baloons, POP BALOONS IN THE
SPOT AROUND THEM.
I cannot explain why yet, but when somebody comes and starts popping
balloons, the item will almost always be around them.
Im 80% sure that if theres multiple people popping in a certain area
jagex designed the system so the item will not apear on a completely
different side of the party room.

Party room transfering is time consuming, and frustrating.
Although there is a method, there is some luck involved in party room
xfering.
